My c...I've had predinose-dependent ITP for 9 years. My condition seems to have progressed within the last 6 months to pancytopenia of unknown cause (bone marrow abnormal, no megakaryoctytes seen) although AA and MDS not suspected. Docs are considering NPlate in order to reduce transfusion dependency (have had to receive platelet transfusions 2 x week for last 2 months) but I have some concerns about side effects...Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
